Prices are valid to September 30, 2012, and include: Planning, accommodation, meals, transportation, and site and activity admissions as specified in each individual tour description.

Not included in quoted tour prices

Costs of obtaining passports or visas; airfares; personal expenses such as beverages (except those provided with included meals), laundry, and room service; communication charges; airport departure taxes; meals not included in the itinerary; optional activities; and personal, and medical insurance coverage. Baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tour.

Cancellation

In the case of cancellations received by Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. 61 days or more prior to the arrival date, there is a 30% per person cancellation fee, plus GST, handling and administration fee. If the cancellation is received 60 days or less before arrival, the deposit payment will not be refunded. If available, the deposit may be transferred to another date within the same year.

Claims & Refunds

Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not made for any missed tour services. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the tour. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual cost of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your tour.

Changes

Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. reserves the right to make changes without notice to the tour itinerary, hotels, or any other aspects of the tour which are deemed necessary; or to refuse to accept or retain as a member of any tour any person at any time. We endeavor to keep changes to a minimum, and guarantee that the tour quality will not be diminished. We also reserve the right to cancel a tour if necessary. You will be given the option to transfer to another tour, or to receive a full refund.

Photography

Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any tour or part thereof, and to use the resulting photographs for promotional purposes. By booking a tour with Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd., tour guests agree to allow their image to be used in such photographs; tour guests who prefer that their image not be used are asked to identify themselves to the tour hosts at the commencement of their tour.

Limits on Responsibility for Independent Suppliers

Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. is an Alberta corporation based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It purchases transportation, accommodation, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. cannot, therefore, be liable for personal injury, death, or any other loss that may occur (1) due to any act or omission of any such supplier, (2) by reason of any other event over which it has no control.

Tour Price & Payment

Prices are generally quoted per person, in Canadian dollars, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified in the tour description. Prices do not include international or domestic air fare. Single occupancy accommodation is generally available for an additional fee per night. We will do our best to keep this amount to a minimum wherever possible.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of the payment for your trip is due 60 days prior to your departure date. If your reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire price of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Method of Payment

Payment may be forwarded (in Canadian Dollars) by e-transfer, bank draft, money order, certified cheque or wire transfer, payable to Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd.  As all prices are based on cash payment, we no longer accept credit cards without a 3% fee for processing.

Payment of the program price constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.

Conditions

Home On The Range Adventure Tours Ltd. staff and agents will not be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person and or his/her luggage and/or personal property, whenever the same shall arise from, or be occasioned by the negligence of Home On The Range Adventure Tours Ltd., their staff and agents, or any other person directly or indirectly in the employ of Home On The Range Adventure Tours Ltd. or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
