Heli-Wedding Experiences

Mountain top weddings are of increasing interest for the adventurous at heart. Imagine saying your vows to one another in an open aspen meadow surrounded by majestic mountains and beautiful blue skies. Your heli-wedding ceremony will take place in the heart of the Rocky Mountains where you can savour the splendor of glaciers, mountain peaks and alpine lakes.

Includes:

Helicopter flight to and from the wedding location,
Guide to ensure the safety of the wedding party (helicopter flight included),
Bouquet for the bride and boutonnière for the groom,
Marriage Commissioner or clergy (helicopter flight included),
Professional assistance in acquiring and completing all required documentation,
Professional photographer to take pictures and provide a CD with a minimum of 50 high resolution (print ready) images (helicopter flight included).

Price: $3,369.00 plus GST.

** Please note that you will require two witnesses, one can be the pilot and one can be your guide. The marriage commissioner does not count as a witness.

If you have another location in mind for your ceremony, please contact us to discuss the details. Prices will vary depending on the particular location selected. Transportation to and from area hotels can also be arranged.

Heli-tours can be added to your wedding and delivered before or after the ceremony. Please keep in mind that the marriage commissioner and witnesses will be included in the heli-tour price if you would like to go straight to/from the sightseeing tour to/from the wedding.

Now that you have chosen a wedding in a mountain meadow or beside a beautiful alpine lake, how about a chef to prepare that extra special meal for you and your wedding party while you soak up the wonder of your Rocky Mountain retreat. It's all possible with Home On The Range Adventure Tours.

Exciting mountain B-B-Q’s are available for the dining pleasure of you and your guests. The following are two B-B-Q options. We would also be delighted to discuss your specific requests.

Deluxe BBQ:

$530.00 per person (based on 6 guests)
This Deluxe BBQ offers your guests a BBQ mountain setting not to be soon forgotten.

Includes:

Buffet style 6 oz Rib eye steak, baked potato, asparagus vegetable, corn-on-the-cob and dessert,
Picnic tables will be prepared with chinet paper plates and plastic glassware,
The chef and staff will be flown on site prior to the group’s arrival.

Executive BBQ:

$800.00 per person (based on 6 guests)
This 5 star of BBQ's, that is sure to leave a great impression with your guests, includes:

Full table service includes an appetizer, a tossed green salad, an 8 oz Rib eye steak, baked potato, asparagus vegetable, corn-on-the-cob and a bumble berry fruit pie dessert with whipped cream.
Picnic table will be prepared with white table cloths and cloth serviettes, the place settings will be all glassware and silverware, either champagne or wine glasses will be available (upon request),
The picnic eating area will be covered by a large bell tent,
Guides will be on hand and available for a short nature walk/hike,
The chef, sous-chef and serving staff will be flown out to the site prior to the groups arrival,
Deluxe Outhouses will also be flown out.

Please note that alcohol and gratuities are not included in the above B-B-Q options.
